Sadness is a big blue ocean.
It is deep and is seems to never have an end.
The salty waves that come to the shore are the
tears brought by the sadness.
It is deep and dark.
The deeper it goes the darker it gets.
it is so deep you don't know when you
will hit the bottom of it.

This poem is really easy to relate to.
I think we all feel this way sometimes but you have to be very good with words to express it as well as you have.
This is a great example of an extended metaphor. I love it.
